His experience includes over 24 years in the US Navy and US Army in both the enlisted and officer ranks. His leadership awards include several military service medals for leadership performance, a 2016 Boy Scouts of America Leader Impact Award, and the Competent Leader distinction from Toastmasters International. Today he partners with growing organizations to locate, select, and retain top talent. Thomas has a Master of Business Administration from Anderson University.
