A passionate and results-oriented leader with a reputation for communication excellence, Gretchen Schott, currently VP of Learning and Development at trueU.com, joined Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerlyExactTarget) in 2008 as the Manager of Training Services. She pioneered many strategic initiatives and was instrumental in the development of the Global Sales and Services Kickoff events, and development of the New Employee Sales Training (NEST) program.
Prior to Salesforce, Gretchen served as the Director of Professional Development for Sallie Mae, and a Vice-President of Training and Development for JP Morgan Chase. She has a Master’s Degree in Communication from the University of Northern Colorado.
