Pavithri is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a BA in Criminal Justice and Criminology (’01) and Tulane Law School with a Masters of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law (MJ-LEL ’21). After spending over 15 years working in large multi-state, multinational companies, she started her own consulting firm in 2020.
