In business since 2019, I have helped hundreds of people realize what is possible, exceed their goals with ease and flow, reduce stress, improve relationships and increase productivity through leadership, communication and positive habits.
I started my career in scientific sales and marketing, beginning with “having all the responsibility and none of the authority” to make things happen, which requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This lead me to leadership roles managing high performance teams for over 20 years. I love helping people more than anything!
My keen interest in the mind-body connection as a scientist coupled with a degree in spiritual psychology and a certified John Maxwell trainer led me to make myself available to coaching people who are not satisfied with the status quo, and want to improve themselves to be the best leaders they can be with positive habits that lead to success.

I also started a non-profit to deliver services to those who are not in leadership positions and have less “disposable income” but are committed to improving themselves.
