November 2023 Holidays
November is National Entrepreneurship Month. And we’re celebrating all month long. You can find our events here. Are you a B2B business? How do you help other entrepreneurs? Global Entrepreneurship Week is November 12 -18, Women’s Entrepreneurship Day is November 19, and National Entrepreneurs’ Day is November 21.
It is also Career Development Month. What do you do for career development? Do you need continuing education credits? Are you trying to expand your offerings? How could you share that information with your customers and prospective customers?
November is also Family Stories Month because so many families are getting together as we near the holidays. The National Day of Listening is November 24, and is meant for families, friends, and communities to set aside time to record their stories6. November is also Memoir Writing Month, National Novel Writing Month (or NaNoWriMo, for those familiar with it), Picture Book Month, and National Family Literacy Month, to celebrate all types of stories and reading.

Here are some activities that will be happening in November:

Football and hockey are going strong through November. It is also the first full month of basketball. The World Series of Baseball might continue into November for games 5, 6 or 7. There are also auto racing, golf, college basketball, college football, and more.
- Bundling up for the last full month of autumn. 🍂 🍁 🧥
November is the last full month of fall. The leaves have pretty much finished falling and everyone is all cozy in their coats and blankets, sitting next to the fire (or heater). Most of the activities are moving indoors and everyone is enjoying soups and hot drink season.

November is focused on spending time with family and friends. Whether you celebrate Thanksgiving, Friendsgiving, or something else, hopefully you’re getting together with the people you care about.
